Graduating with a Bachelor of Laws from Pancasila University, Jakarta, in 1999, he has built a robust practice as an Advocate renowned for his strategic acumen in contentious and non-contentious matters.
His litigation experience covers a wide range of areas, including civil and commercial disputes, criminal defense, employment conflicts, and corporate litigation. Complementing this, he provides sophisticated counsel in mediation, arbitration, and corporate governance, assisting clients in risk mitigation, contract enforcement, fiduciary duty matters, and regulatory proceedings always aligned with the overarching goal of building and safeguarding sustainable business value.
She graduated from Pancasila University, Jakarta, in 1999 with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), specializing in Criminal Law.
Commencing her career as a junior associate at a prominent law firm, she gained substantial experience in managing a broad spectrum of civil, criminal, and litigation matters. Over the years, she has established himself as a trusted legal consultant, providing sophisticated advisory services to both domestic and international clients on complex corporate and commercial issues.
As a Partner at Gusty Othmansyah & Partners, she plays a pivotal role in overseeing and supervising case handling, ensuring the delivery of high-caliber, strategic legal solutions across transactional, governance, and dispute resolution practices.
He holds degrees from the prestigious ESTHUA Faculty of Tourism, Culture and Hospitality at Université d’Angers (France) and Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata (STP) Sahid Jakarta, complemented by over 15 years of cross industry experience in hospitality and food & beverage operations. His career commenced with an apprenticeship at Hyatt Regency Paris, where he honed expertise in operational management, sales, asset optimization, and risk mitigation. He has played instrumental roles in the international expansion of fast-food chains across the Netherlands, China, and Singapore, as well as structuring and executing foreign direct investment (FDI/PT PMA) projects in Indonesia's dynamic F&B sector. As a key advisor at Gusty Othmansyah & Partners, he leverages this deep industry insight to provide strategic corporate legal counsel on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, regulatory compliance (including BKPM approvals and sectoral licensing), supply chain structuring, and ESG integration. He has been actively involved in change management initiatives, including serving on ISO certification committees (14001, 45001, 9001) and contributing to strategic projects for National Vital Objects (Obvitnas), ensuring robust governance and risk frameworks for clients in high stakes environments.
